1889 Enoteca is a classy little Italian in the antique quarter of Woolloongabba just outside of Brisbane CBD. When visiting Rome you are likely to pop into a Enoteca for food and a drink and it is these very establishments that have inspired the creation of 1889 Enoteca.
A neat combination of a restaurant, a wine bar, a basement level cellar for dining and a small wine store next door. All tucked into the heritage listed Moreton Rubber Works building (circa 1889) it is filled with character.
When you visit you can expect to be met by the passionate staff who will take their time in guiding you through the menu and assisting in matching the perfect wine from the extensive wine list. The modern Roman menu offers traditional Italian served in style and prepared using high quality produce.
