QPAC (Queensland Performing Arts Centre) opened 30 years ago, in 1985. Over its three-decade long history, QPAC has a history of sell-out musicals, plays, ballets, operas and concerts with a high claibre of Australian and international performances.
The centre comprises the Lyric Theatre, Concert Hall, Playhouse, Cremorne Theatre, Tony Gould Gallery, Studios, Cascase Court and a range of function and event spaces.
QPAC also offers dining options to suit every taste and budget with the following onsite eateries - The Lyrebird, The Cafe, The Bistro, Russell Street Wine Bar, Foyer Bars and The Bar.
There's always plenty on offer at QPAC including ballet, comedy, classical music, dance, drama, musical theatre, opera and family/kids events.
Some of the current and upcoming shows during 2015 include; Dirty Dancing, Wicked, Strictly Ballroom The Musical, Anything Goes, QBs Peter Pan, QBs The Sleeping Beauty and QBs The Nutcracker.
