Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
Yes we require a credit card pre-auth of $200 on the credit card of your choice.
Q: Is after hours check-in available?
Yes we offer 24/7 check in via our night service who will advise you of the procedures when you press the red button located on the left hand side wall outside the Oxygen Reception Entrance.
Q: Can I have a late check-out?
Yes subject to availability and fees may apply. Please contact reception prior to your day of departure to enquire.
Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit required. Just book and payment will be taken the day before arrival.

Q: Is there parking outside Oxygen Reception?
Yes there is a 2 Minute passenger drop off zone in front of reception. Also there is parking betwen the BWS Bottle Shop an the 7/11 store. Behind the 7/11 car park there is an entry to the commercial and Oxygen visitor parking on level B1. If you use the visitor parking the lift will bring you upto Leichhardt Street and then turn left to get to the reception entrance.
Visitors of guests can also use this free carpark for upto 2 hours during the week and 4 hours during the weekend.
Q: Which Car Bays can I park in?
Guests using the secure parking can park in any car bay with a black and orange sign marked "Corporate Parking only".
Q: How do I get to the Garden Lofts?
Once you check in at reception and get your keys and Fobs you have 2 options.
Option 1 Take the lift in the reception foyer to level P and go past the gym and walk across the village green to your Garden Loft.
Option 2. If you have a car enter the B2 car park via Joan Jacobi Lane and park in the garage for your unit. Each Garden Loft unit garage has a secure remote access FOB and the door inside the garage provides access to your unit.
Q: How do I use the Lift?
Swipe the grey or black fob that is attached to your room keys on the grey rectangular fob reader in the lift until the red light turns green then press the button marked with your floor level for about 2 seconds.
Q: How do I know where my apartment is located?
Oxygen Apartments has three buildings so it can be confusing. Oxygen Main Building, Oxygen City View and Oxygen Garden Lofts.
Apartments 1 to 136 are located in the Oxygen Main Buildng and entry is via the lifts in reception and car parks on level B2 and B3.
Apartments 137 to 143 are the Garden lofts and enty is via the lifts in reception to level P and walk across the grassed area (Village Green) or if you have a car entry is via the B2 car park and park in your garage under your apartment (turn left from B2 car park entrance ).
Apartments 144 to 191 are in the Oxygen City Vew Building. Once you get your keys from recepion entry is via B2 car park City View lifts or from the City View Entrance next to Pizza Capers on Leichhardt Street.
Q: Where can I park when I check in.
There are 3 options:
1. Park directly outside reception in the drop off zone and check in. You will be given your room key and access to our free secure car park.
2. Park between Oxygen Main Building and our City View Building next to the 7/11 conveniene store and walk past the BWS bottle shop to Oxygen Reception.
3. Park in the visitor parking behind the 7/11 store on level B1 then use the lift back to leichhart Street, tur left and enter Oxygen Reception.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access included in nightly room rate?
Yes - 5 GIG of data of Internet Wifi is included in your room rate each night.
Additional internet data can be purchased online during your stay.
Q: Is there car parking available?
Yes secure car parking is free when staying at Oxygen Apartments.
Tip - When comparing acommodation ratesbetween Oxygen and our competition make sure you are aware of the cost of parking. Most Hotels and serviced apartments in Bisbane charge between $20 and $40 per night.
Q: Is all linen provided?
Yes all linen, towels and toiletries are provided.
Q: How often are the rooms serviced?
Rooms are serviced every 7 days or upon request where charges may apply.
Please contact reception if you require extra cleans or towels.
Q: Is the pool heated?
Yes we have a gas and solar heated lap pool allowing year round swimming.
Q: Where is the Parking?
Oxygen guests will need a security fob to access the secure car parks on levels B2 nd B3. Access to B2 and B3 car parks is via Joan Jacobi Lane.
Joan Jacobi Lane is locatd 100 meters west of the reception towards Edward Street (turn right when leaving the reception entrance).
Q: Is there free visitor Parking if I am a Guest at Oxygen Apartments?
Yes there is free visitor parking for 2 hours located on level B1 during the week and for 4 hours on the weekends (Subject to availability).
Entry is from the rear of the City View Building behind the 7/11 store and the exit is via Joan Jacobi Lane.

Brisbane CBD is 900 metres to Queens Street and the Queen Street shopping mall.
Eagle Street Pier, Queen Street Mall and Central Station are within a 10 minute walk.
St Andrews Private Hospital, Royal Brisbane Hospital, Suncorp Stadium, RNA Show Ground and Conrad Casino are within 5 Minutes drive.
Southbank, the Gabba and Wesley Hospital are approximately 10 minutes drive from Oxygen Apartments.
The Aiirport is within a 15 minute drive using the M7.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?
There are number of restaurants around Oxygen Apartmetns including Alliance Hotel which is 100 metres, Pizza Capers which is 80 metres & Holy Moly Cafe restaurant nearby. Plus the CBD, Valley, South Bank and Petrie Terrace are between 5 and 10 Minutes away by car.
There is Woolies approximately 500 metres away and a 7 Eleven less than 100 metres from Oxygen Apartments.

There is a bus stop outside the apartments.
There is also a free bus 'Spring Hill Loop' which leaves from Upper Edwards Street and runs Monday to Friday into Queens Street.
Nearest train station is Central which is about 500 metress from Oxygen Apartments.
Q: How far is Roma Street Station?
Approximately 1.3km - a nice brisk walk.
Q: How far away is Suncorp Stadium & The Gabba?
4.2km to the Gabba - Approximately 10 minute drive

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?
There is a 7/11 store below the Oxygen City View Building and Woolworths PH 3101 4381 is located 500M away at the corner of Boundary Street and Turbot Street.

Q: How far is Brisbane Airport & how can I get there?
International terminal is 14.5km from Oxygen Apartments
Car / Taxi - Around 20 minute drive (subject to traffic).
If using the M7 the time to the airport can be as low as 14 Minutes.
Train - From Central station - approximately 32 minute train ride.
